Refund Policy

We want every ORELI shade to feel just right. Because our products are cosmetics, we accept returns of unopened products in their original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.

How to Return

• Email us at orelilbbeauty@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery.
• We will reply with simple instructions for sending the product back.
• Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Hygiene

For your safety and the safety of every customer, opened or used lip color cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is defective.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and is checked, we refund the product price using the original payment method or as agreed with you. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery.
